All Blacks hope to get out of blocks quicker in third South Africa test

All Blacks coach Dave Rennie implemented three player changes for the third test against the Springboks at the FNB Stadium in Soweto. The coach aimed to tackle the Springboks' physicality and superior scrum by introducing Asafo Aumua as hooker, replacing experienced Cody Taylor. Samisoni Taukei’aho will serve as a bench cover. Additionally, 2-meter giant Sam Darry was called in at lock, while powerful flanker Peter Lakai started at the number six position.

Fabian Holland was substituted for the bench, and Wallace Sititi made his first Test appearance for the series, replacing the loose-forward. The four-match series stood at one-all heading into the crucial encounter.
