Under the Theme "LEAP into the Future: Driving AI Success Together," "Taiwan Excellence" Officially Opens its Showcase at LEAP 2026

On the opening day of LEAP 2026 in Riyadh, Taiwan Excellence proudly inaugurated its participation in the exhibition with a highly anticipated product launch event, titled "LEAP into the Future: Driving AI Success Together." The event commenced with opening remarks from Taiwan External Trade Development Council Chairman James C. F. Huang, alongside Taipei Economic and Cultural Representative Chih-Ping Chang.

The event underscored Taiwan's role as a dependable strategic partner for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, emphasizing cooperation that transcends hardware provision, focusing on co-creating sovereign, integrated, and sustainable solutions to support Saudi Vision 2030's digital transformation and knowledge-based economy objectives. Four Taiwanese companies showcased their latest advancements in AI infrastructure and edge computing systems: ASUS unveiled its supercomputing servers and NVIDIA Blackwell HGX B300 system for local sovereign computing and large language model training with maximum data security; PEGATRON introduced its liquid-cooled server technologies for data centers and industrial environments to boost efficiency under hot climates; Advantech presented its smart edge system solutions for industrial applications and AIoT, along with workstations to revolutionize smart factory efficiency; AAEON demonstrated its BOXER-8629AI rugged edge AI system, an IP67-rated fanless platform powered by NVIDIA Jetson Orin Nano, designed for harsh outdoor conditions like those in the desert.

The event concluded with an invitation for developers, procurement officials, and representatives from public and private sectors in Saudi Arabia to visit the Taiwan Excellence Pavilion over the following three days of the exhibition to explore potential for mutual growth and innovation. The pavilion introduced a novel "15-Minute AI Journey," an interactive experience allowing visitors rapid yet comprehensive exploration of the entire Taiwanese AI value chain.

In addition to product exhibits, the pavilion offered interactive experiences such as complimentary boba tea, an AI Palm Reader interpreting palm lines via machine learning, a Draw Me Bot using a robotic arm to trace visitors' silhouettes and favorite characters, and an immersive projection setup highlighting the evolving Saudi-Taiwan relationship.
