Rubio Says CIA Chief Visited Moscow Just to Keep Intel Ties Open
US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said Wednesday, Sept. 2, that CIA Director John Ratcliffe’s recent Moscow visit was intended to maintain communication between American and Russian intelligence services. His comments followed previous speculations that Ratcliffe’s meetings centered on Russia’s war against Ukraine or Moscow’s possible actions toward NATO.
