Nscale touts $103 billion contracted revenue ahead of potential IPO, The Information reports

Nscale is projecting $103 billion in total contracted revenue before potentially going public, according to The Information. This projected revenue figure is based on documents shared with prospective investors. Reuters had previously reported that Anthropic planned to spend $45 billion to utilize Nscale's AI cloud computing resources from the company's West Virginia data center campus.

The contracts with Nscale have an average lifespan of 5.7 years, which, when annualized, amounts to approximately $18 billion in revenue. However, a source familiar with the discussions advised that the $103 billion figure is illustrative and not a formal revenue projection. Nscale, which is backed by Nvidia, did not immediately comment on the matter.

The UK-based company is set to deploy Nvidia's new Vera Rubin chips to support Anthropic's computing requirements as part of the $45 billion agreement.
