Nscale touts $103 billion contracted revenue ahead of potential IPO, The Information reports

Nscale has disclosed a total contracted revenue of approximately $103 billion ahead of its potential initial public offering, The Information reported on Wednesday, citing shared documents with prospective investors. This figure stems from contracts with Anthropic, with each contract lasting an average of 5.7 years, implying an annualized revenue of about $18 billion.

However, a source familiar with the discussions noted that these figures are illustrative and not formal revenue guidance. Nscale, a cloud infrastructure provider backed by Nvidia, is set to deploy Nvidia's new Vera Rubin chips to support Anthropic's computing needs under the $45 billion deal. The UK-based company did not immediately respond to a Reuters request for comment.
