Parsons, speaking on his Bleacher Report podcast, highlighted Love's ability to lead and take charge when the team's offense is struggling. Parsons explained, "There's going to be a time this year where maybe the offense isn't doing well, and Jordan just completely takes over.

That is what you want out of your quarterback: that full takeover." Parsons also mentioned the strong relationship between Love and head coach Matt LaFleur, noting that Love demonstrates trust and open communication. "I see the way Matt (LaFleur) talks about Jordan. When the relationship becomes more than, like, ‘These are the play calls, you run them!’ to, like, ‘Hey, what do you think we get into here?
