I'm an influencer, mother of 3, and the founder of 'The Skinny Confidential.' Here's a day in my life in Austin.

Lauryn Bosstick, a 40-year-old entrepreneur and mother of three, is the founder of The Skinny Confidential, a lifestyle blog based in Austin. After initially working various jobs, including bartending and teaching fitness classes, she began her blog in 2011 to share her interests and curiosity. She worked on it diligently for three years before making any money, focusing on building trust with her audience.

In 2014, she monetized her blog and launched a clean beauty brand in 2021. She is also a co-host of a podcast and an investor.

Her day typically starts at 7 a.m., during which she avoids her phone and spends her morning visualizing and meditating. She then spends time with her children and gets them ready for school. Afterward, she heads to the gym for a workout, starting at 9:30 a.m. Afterward, she has breakfast, works on her podcast or office tasks, and has lunch at 1 p.m. She tries to disconnect from her phone after work and spends time with her family.
