Eva Navarro Siblings: Meet Carlos and Álvaro Navarro

Eva María Navarro García, widely recognized as Eva Navarro, is a Spanish professional footballer who was born on January 27, 2001, in Yecla, Murcia region, Spain. She plays for Real Madrid in the Primera División and for the Spanish national women's football team. As a child, Navarro's love for football was nurtured in a family environment where opportunities for girls were scarce.

Consequently, she predominantly played with boys' teams and futsal sides in Yecla. Her parents, Cayetano Navarro and Eva García, stood by her side throughout her career, often driving long distances to attend her training sessions in Alicante.

Among Eva's siblings are two brothers, Álvaro and Carlos, who also share the family's passion for football and local Yecla life. Álvaro is a footballer who has played for Yeclano Deportivo at Spain's third-division level and later for regional teams like Muleño. Carlos is another brother of Eva Navarro.

Navarro's football career began with futsal at local clubs, Hispania Yecla and A.D. Albatros, before transitioning to outdoor football with Pinoso, where she shared the pitch with boys. In 2015, she joined Sporting Plaza Argel in Alicante, making her senior debut in the Segunda División and playing a crucial role in helping the team secure promotion to play-offs in two consecutive seasons.

In 2018, at the age of 17, Navarro signed with Primera División club Levante UD. Over four seasons with the club, she contributed goals and emerged as a promising attacker. In 2022, following a recovery from knee injuries, including cruciate ligament problems, she moved to Atlético de Madrid. Despite her physical challenges, she regularly featured in the squad and helped the team win major domestic silverware, including the Copa de la Reina in 2023.

In July 2024, Navarro joined Real Madrid, becoming an indispensable member of their squad capable of operating in multiple positions on the right flank. On the international stage, Navarro has progressed through Spain's youth teams, from U16 and U17 onwards. She made her senior national team debut in 2019 and has continued to earn caps for Spain while competing in major tournaments.

Her accolades include winning the FIFA Women's World Cup with Spain in 2023 and the UEFA Women's Nations League in 2024. At the youth level, she claimed the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup in 2018 and finished third at the FIFA U-17 Women's World Cup in 2016. She also won the UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship in 2018 and reached the final of the FIFA U-20 Women's World Cup in 2018.

Her individual recognition includes being selected for the 2018 UEFA Women's Under-17 Championship Team of the Tournament and having one of her goals recognized as one of the best of the season by UEFA.
