Disha Salian, Sushant Singh Rajput’s ex-Manager, death: CBI probe ordered by Bombay High Court

The Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has urged the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) to investigate Delhi Food and Supplies Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa in connection with a Rs 28 crore alleged scam involving the allocation of rice in Delhi. Speaking at a press conference, AAP Delhi state president Saurabh Bharadwaj alleged that the rice meant for the poorest people of Delhi and migrant laborers had been stolen.

According to a letter from the North Eastern Regional Agricultural Marketing Corporation (NERAMAC), the rice was specifically intended for daily wage laborers, but instead, it was given to a Haryana-based businessman against a commission. AAP had previously accused the BJP government of orchestrating a rice scam, but Sirsa dismissed the allegations as false and malicious.

The CBI FIR specifically mentions Sirsa, and AAP has demanded a probe into the actions of NERAMAC officials and the people they met at the Delhi Secretariat.
