Bhaskar Iyer Joins Integrace: Is THIS India's Healthcare Game Changer?

Integrace Private Limited, a prominent healthcare firm with a strong foothold in orthopaedics and women's health, announced the appointment of Bhaskar Iyer as Non-Executive Chairman on September 2, 2026. Iyer, who brings over four decades of leadership experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare sectors, will collaborate with CEO Rehan A. Khan and the leadership team to bolster the business and broaden Integrace's healthcare presence in India.

Warburg Pincus, the entity that acquired Integrace in July 2026, is partnering with the management team to fast-track growth and capitalize on Integrace's potential as a larger healthcare enterprise in the country. Narendra Ostawal, Managing Director, Head of India PE, Warburg Pincus, expressed delight at having Iyer join the partnership, praising his extensive experience in operations and governance.
