Bundesliga side Schalke 04 has announced that they have signed Wolverhampton Wanderers forward Hwang Hee-chan on a loan deal until June 2027. The 26-year-old South Korea international had been with Wolves since 2020 but failed to make a consistent impact in the Premier League. Hwang Hee-chan has made 26 appearances for Wolves, scoring 4 goals. Schalke 04 finished 17th in the Bundesliga last season and were relegated to 2. Bundesliga.
