USA TODAY Sports Super 10 Illinois flag football rankings, Week 2

The 2023 Illinois flag football season is underway, with teams quickly moving up and down the rankings. In Week 2, USA TODAY Sports released their updated Super 10 rankings, showcasing the competitive nature of the sport.

Leading the pack is Willowbrook (Villa Park), who enters the season with a perfect 5-0 record. The team previously held the third spot in the rankings. Right behind them is St. Charles North (St. Charles) with a 4-0 record, their debut appearance in the top three.

Fremd (Palatine) and Perspectives (Chicago) round out the top four, both with 4-0 records. Perspectives made the jump from sixth place last week, while Fremd entered the rankings for the first time this season.

The middle of the pack features Glenbrook South (Glenview) at 4-0, Evanston (Evanston) at 2-0, and Kenwood (Chicago) at 4-2. Maine South (Park Ridge), who started the season as the number one team, has dropped to eighth place with a 2-2 record, showing a shaky start to the season. Edwardsville (Edwardsville) is at the bottom of the list with a 2-0 record.
