Sunderland sign Spurs defender Danso on loan

Sunderland have finalized the loan signing of Tottenham defender Kevin Danso until the end of the current season. The Black Cats will pay £2.5m for the move, with an option to make it permanent at a price of £22.5m next summer if they remain in the Premier League.
