PH perlu lihat langkaui BN, teroka kerjasama selari prinsip, kata pemimpin PKR

PKR leader Yuneswaran Ramaraj asserts Pakatan Harapan (PH) must seriously explore non-identity-centric cooperation with Barisan Nasional (BN). According to FMT, PH should open the door to other political parties sharing the principles of reform, democracy, good governance, and national interest. Ramaraj notes that PH must be prepared to engage with any potential cooperation with BN, especially if Umno chooses to strengthen ties with Perikatan Nasional (PN). He also reminds PH to reflect the diversity of Malaysia within its framework, being broad enough to include various communities and political traditions under a national vision.

This development follows speculation about re-establishing political alignments between PAS and its allies within PN and PH. Although BN is currently allied with PH in the federal government, the BN-PN opposition coalition has recently intensified competition for PH in the PRN Johor and Negeri Sembilan races. PAS President Hadi Awang reportedly announced on August 23 that talks had begun on cooperation between PN and BN to address the PRN Melaka race.
