Eurofirms compra el negocio de externalización de Job & Talent

A Catalan human resources group, Eurofirms, has acquired the outsourcing business of Job & Talent in a recent corporate operation. The company, based in Cassa de la Selva, Girona, purchased Avanza Externalización de Servicios from Madrid in the spring, completing the integration of the outsourcing firm to its operations. Job & Talent, a technology group specializing in labor services, owned Avanza since 2021, acquiring it for 9.36 million euros in 2021.

Eurofirms, founded in 1991, now becomes the sole shareholder of Avanza, which generated 72 million euros in revenue last year, with a net profit of 1 million euros in 2024. Operating in Spain and Portugal, Avanza serves around 50 active clients, primarily in sectors like retail and B2B marketing. With CEO Anna Golsa leading since late 2025, the company surpassed 700 million euros in revenue last year, with a 13% growth compared to the previous fiscal year.

To spearhead the new phase of the outsourcing division, Eurofirms has hired Jaime de Barrio, a digital transformation consulting professional from Excelia. This acquisition aligns with Eurofirms' goal of strengthening its outsourcing business, expanding capabilities, and solidifying its position as a global reference partner, offering increasingly specialized and high-added-value solutions.

De Barrio asserts that the group is well-positioned to pursue inorganic international operations, such as the Avanza acquisition, the cost of which Eurofirms has not disclosed. Following the integration, Eurofirms expects to double its revenue this year, according to company sources. With a presence in Spain, Portugal, Italy, France, Chile, Brazil, and Peru, the company was founded in 1991 and manages a network of 170 offices. Its main source of income is its temporary work (ETT) activities.
