The purchase price is to be kept confidential. Symrise and the sold company AmeriTerpenes, however, intend to continue their business relationship. However, supply agreements ensure long-term access to terpene-based raw materials. AmeriTerpenes produces ingredients for fragrance, flavor, and industrial applications from facilities in Florida and Georgia.
