Saudia to launch direct Muscat-Riyadh flights from October 27

Dubai: Saudia will commence direct flights between Muscat and Riyadh from October 27, introducing three weekly services as Oman and Saudi Arabia enhance air links between the two Gulf neighbors. Oman’s Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) has granted approval to the Saudi national carrier to offer the new direct services connecting Oman’s capital, Muscat, with Saudi Arabia’s Riyadh.

According to the approved schedule, Saudia will operate three flights per week on this route. This new service will offer passengers extra direct connections between the two capitals, further strengthening air connectivity between Oman and Saudi Arabia. The approval follows the ongoing efforts by both nations to expand transport links and make travel between their markets more convenient.
