Netherlands stocks lower at close of trade; AEX down 0.59%

Netherlands stocks dipped at the close of trade on Monday, with the AEX index falling 0.59%, according to Reuters. The Technology, Industrials and Consumer Goods sectors suffered losses, dragging shares down. Despite the overall decline, some stocks outperformed others. SBM Offshore NV saw a 2.87% increase, while Magnum Ice Cream NV rose 1.71% and IMCD NV climbed 0.97%.

Conversely, Adyen NV decreased by 3.94%, ASML Holding NV dropped 2.85%, and ASM International NV fell 2.16%. The AEX Volatility, a measure of implied volatility of AEX options, remained steady at 21.09. Crude oil prices increased by 2.46% to $85.45 per barrel, and Brent oil for December delivery rose 4.84% to $90.29. Gold Futures for December slipped by 1.00% to $4,484.54 per troy ounce.

Currency markets saw EUR/USD and EUR/GBP remain unchanged, while the US Dollar Index Futures decreased by 0.27% to 99.39.
