Real Madrid midfielder Eduardo Camavinga earned a significant endorsement from coach Jose Mourinho following his first La Liga appearance of the season. The 4-0 triumph over Malaga served as a pivotal moment for the French player, who had previously faced criticism and pressure in his debut campaign. Mourinho specifically commended Camavinga's performance, despite Jude Bellingham's strong showing, emphasizing the player's importance to the team's tactical versatility.
Camavinga's improved form in this match came after a challenging start to the season, marked by negative press and questions about his readiness for the 2026 World Cup.
