Messi retires from international football

Despite this, Messi emphasized that he gave his all throughout his international career, not just during the recent triumphs but also in the years leading up to these achievements.

He spoke passionately about his dedication to the Argentina jersey, stating that he always fought for his team and aimed to bring pride to his country through football. Messi noted that time is running out, and many chapters in his career are closing, with the loss of his father recently adding to his emotional turmoil.
