Lucky draws for govt.’s 7,630 affordable flats within ORR concludes

The lucky draws to select beneficiaries for 7,340 affordable flats in Telangana Government’s Indiramma Housing towers concluded on Monday, August 31. These houses, still under construction, are situated in 16 Assembly constituencies within the Outer Ring Road (ORR) limits. Officials will verify the selected individuals' details, including family information, income, residence, ownership of properties in ORR limits, and other essential eligibility criteria.

The list of beneficiaries will be posted on the Telangana Housing Board's website. The government aims to construct one lakh affordable flats in 25 Assembly constituencies within ORR or Hyderabad limits, with 480 flats in each, as part of a pilot project. The 7,340 proposed flats, located in 16 constituencies, are included in this project.

The lucky draws for these houses took place from August 28 to 31. Applications for 1,920 flats in four additional constituencies—Musheerabad, Chandrayangutta, LB Nagar, and Goshamahal—are still open, with the deadline being September 3, 2026. The government will issue notifications for the houses in the remaining constituencies as well.
