Invest Qatar partners EnergyX to establish global HQ in Qatar

Invest Qatar, Qatar's Investment Promotion Agency, has forged a strategic alliance with EnergyX, a leader in energy optimization and sustainable technologies. This collaboration aims to establish EnergyX's global command centre and international headquarters in Qatar, positioning the nation as the strategic epicenter for the company's ambitious deep-technology roadmap, global integrations, and cutting-edge AI operations.

The partnership, signed by Invest Qatar's CEO Sheikh Ali bin Alwaleed Al Thani and EnergyX's Co-Founder and CEO Sean Park at the Web Summit Qatar 2026, underscores Qatar's commitment to fostering innovation, advanced manufacturing, and sustainable technologies.

Sheikh Al Thani emphasized that this partnership reflects Invest Qatar's dedication to attracting forward-thinking companies that contribute high-quality jobs and long-term value to Qatar's economy. EnergyX's decision to set up its global command centre and smart manufacturing operations in Qatar signifies a robust belief in Qatar's robust business environment, skilled workforce, and vision for sustainable, innovation-driven growth.

Sean Park echoed this sentiment, stating that Qatar provides an ideal platform for EnergyX's global ambitions. This partnership with Invest Qatar will enable EnergyX to establish a strategic base, driving innovation, advanced manufacturing, and international collaboration while supporting Qatar's economic diversification and sustainability goals.

Under the agreement, Invest Qatar will offer EnergyX comprehensive support, including market intelligence, insights into the business and regulatory landscape, assistance with business setup and expansion, and introductions to key public sector stakeholders. Additionally, Invest Qatar will provide strategic guidance on investment opportunities and support EnergyX's long-term growth in Qatar, aligning with national development priorities.

In return, EnergyX will establish its global command centre and international headquarters in Qatar to extend its energy optimization, sustainable architecture, and Zero Energy Buildings (ZEB) technologies into the GCC and global markets. The company will base its core operations in Qatar, focusing on AI-powered computational energy intelligence, DFMA-enabled manufacturing, and global export management, making Qatar the operational hub for EnergyX's next phase of international expansion.
