I expected to hate the Pixel 11 Pro, but Google proved me wrong

When I first considered purchasing the Pixel 11 Pro, I wasn't expecting much. My previous Pixel 10 Pro had faced issues, primarily due to an outdated modem causing poor signal and excessive heat. However, after receiving the Pixel 11 Pro, I must say Google has managed to impress me. The new modem upgrade addressed the major problems I encountered with the 10 Pro, but the improvements go beyond that.

Equipped with a more reliable modem, the Pixel 11 Pro has provided me with consistent signal everywhere I've needed it, even in areas where my 10 Pro struggled. Calls and 5G data connections have been clear and strong, a feature I had long given up on in a Pixel device. Additionally, the phone has maintained a lower temperature than my previous model, even when performing demanding tasks.

The camera upgrades were particularly surprising. The telephoto sensor can focus on closer subjects, resulting in sharper images without the need for extreme zooming. The camera's performance is notably faster, particularly in low-light situations, capturing photos with minimal blur. The autofocus is quicker, making it easier to capture moving subjects like pets or children.

While the Pixel 11 Pro has exceeded my expectations, it's not flawless. The phone generally runs warm, even when not under heavy load, which is a departure from my Pixel 10 Pro. However, this temporary warmth hasn't been an issue for me so far. Despite this minor flaw, the overall performance, camera capabilities, and reliable signal make the Pixel 11 Pro a phone that exceeded my initial reservations.
