Can Lando Norris stay hot at the Temple of Speed?

A closer examination of their qualifying laps shows Norris closing the gap on Antonelli, particularly in certain sections of the circuit.

This trend continued at the Hungarian Grand Prix, where Norris took pole position, edging out Antonelli. Norris' best lap showed him challenging Antonelli not only in the middle of the straight but also at the end, leading to a victorious finish. Similar patterns emerged in the Dutch Grand Prix at Zandvoort, with Norris again taking pole position and once again closing the gap on Antonelli.

With Ferrari aiming for a home win, Monza holds significant significance for the title chase. Ferrari is expected to bring an upgraded power unit and aerodynamic upgrades to Monza. However, Lewis Hamilton's frustration during the Dutch Grand Prix due to a strategic disagreement with Charles Leclerc might have a lasting impact.

If Norris and Piastri can maintain their performance at the Temple of Speed, it could significantly impact the rest of the season. It could also pave the way for a title challenge from McLaren.
