The General Directorate of Passports in Saudi Arabia has outlined the process for residents to submit non-electronic transaction requests online via the Tawasul service on the Absher platform. This service eliminates the need for in-person visits to passport offices. The Tawasul service allows users to submit such requests electronically through Absher.

To do so, users must log into the Absher website, navigate to "My Services," then "Passports," and finally select the "Tawasul" service. When submitting a new request, users should choose the appropriate department and service, specify the beneficiary, provide a detailed description of the transaction, upload the necessary documents, and then submit the request electronically.

This Tawasul service is exclusively available through the Absher platform, avoiding the need for personal visits to passport offices.
