My first programming exercise with Portugol and Flowgorithm 💻 As I embarked on my studies of programming logic, I began practicing using Portugol and the Flowgorithm tool. The purpose of these exercises is to first understand the logic behind a program before moving on to a more comprehensive programming language. During the exercises, I practiced concepts such as: declaring variables, entering data, displaying information, conditions, and operators, as well as decision structures.
Initially, I encountered some difficulties with declaring and using variables, as well as with errors in the algorithm itself. However, it was through trial and error, and seeking to understand the reasons behind the errors, that I began to better grasp how logic functions. Flowgorithm also proved to be very helpful, as it allowed me to visualize the operation of the algorithm through flowcharts.
I am still at the beginning of my journey, but each exercise is helping to build a stronger foundation for the next steps. Now it's just a matter of continuing to practice.
