Fashion designer Rizalman says adopted son stable, treated for liver injury after being dragged by lorry

Fashion designer Datuk Rizalman Ibrahim announced on August 30 that his adopted son, Umar Nail, is currently in stable condition after sustaining internal injuries in a road accident. Medical professionals are focusing on treating Umar's liver injury, which is currently the primary concern, according to Harian Metro. Rizalman expressed gratitude for the support he has received from family members, friends, social media followers, media practitioners, and hospital staff during this challenging time.

He placed full trust in God's will, stating, "Alhamdulillah, as of now, Umar is stable." Rizalman acknowledged the ordeal as a test for his family and urged the public to continue praying for Umar's healing and for his treatment process to be eased. He shared Instagram Story posts detailing the circumstances of the accident, explaining that Umar had briefly stepped out after helping Rizalman cut branches and was walking along a pedestrian path at Wangsa Walk when he collided with an ice delivery lorry from behind.

Umar fell under the lorry and was dragged for several seconds, leading to complications with his internal organs.
