Desa ParkCity deaths: Post-mortem confirms man died from multiple injuries after fall

A post-mortem conducted on a man who authorities believe fell from a condominium in Desa ParkCity, Kepong, has confirmed that the cause of death was multiple injuries sustained in a fall from a height. The investigation, which concluded at 7pm on Saturday, was carried out at the National Institute of Forensic Medicine, Kuala Lumpur Hospital. The man, a 48-year-old individual, was believed to be involved in the deaths of his wife and two children, as well as his wife's husband.

Police received a report at 3.32pm on Thursday about the incident, which led them to the 48-year-old man's unit. Upon entering the apartment with the assistance of firefighters, they discovered three bodies in separate rooms - the man's wife and their two children. Further examination uncovered a note allegedly left by the 48-year-old, suggesting that the incident was connected to RM260,000 lost due to his wife's involvement in a "love scam" syndicate.
