‘Where is humanity?’: Imran Khan’s sons allege ex-Pakistan PM facing torture in jail

Sulaiman Khan echoed these sentiments, stating that their father is being subjected to mental torture through solitary confinement and isolation. They are demanding independent proof of their father's health condition, arguing that the government's claim of his well-being is unverified. Imran was initially supposed to be taken to Shifa International Hospital for medical evaluation but was instead taken to a government facility, where he was returned to his cell shortly after a brief checkup.

The Pakistani government denies any mistreatment of Imran, stating that their reports of his ill health are not supported by prison or medical records. Reports of Imran's health concerns have been met with skepticism, with the sons of the former Prime Minister alleging severe heart palpitations and severe anxiety, which they say is deeply concerning.
