Simpson's RBI single caps 4-run 7th inning as Rays rally to defeat Padres 7-6

During the seventh inning, Padres second baseman Luis Rengifo suffered an apparent leg injury after being hit by a relay throw from Sanchez and attempting to tag out Cedric Mullins at the plate.
