‘Most secular video’: Salman Khan-Arpita’s Rakhi celebration with a Jesus painting is viral

Salman Khan celebrated Raksha Bandhan with his sisters Alvira Agnihotri and Arpita Khan Sharma, and videos of his festivities have gone viral on social media. During a paparazzi sighting, Salman was seen holding his rakhis. Another clip showed Arpita tying a rakhi to her brother in front of a Jesus painting, which drew attention from fans.

The most attention-grabbing moment was a recreation of Leonardo Da Vinci's The Last Supper behind them, featuring Jesus in the center and Apostles surrounding him. Fans took to X to comment, calling the video the most secular celebration on the internet, with one user noting that Arpita's marriage to Aayush Sharma, a Hindu man, and Salman's own interfaith relationship made it so.

Arpita's daughter Ayat also tied a rakhi to Arhaan Khan, the son of Arbaaz and Arhaan's half-brothers Nirvaan, further highlighting the interfaith celebration. Both the Khan and Kemmu families shared photos from their Raksha Bandhan celebrations on social media, with Soha Ali Khan and Kunal Kemmu's daughter Inaaya joining the festivities with their brothers.
