Los Angeles Chargers depth chart: Who could make 53-man roster?

Gregory Desrosiers, who showed promise in the preseason finale, is currently ranked sixth on the depth chart. He gained 118 yards and scored a touchdown on nine carries against the Rams, with his longest rush being a 34-yard touchdown in the fourth quarter. Justin Herbert is set to start as the quarterback, but the team's strategy for the rest of their quarterback room remains uncertain.

On the defensive side, the Chargers are uncertain about the depth at linebacker, with Marlowe Wax, a 2025 undrafted free agent, and Junior Colson, a 2024 third-round pick, being potential bubble players. Colson has experience playing under Harbaugh, while Wax was given the green dot during the first preseason game.
