Liverpool reaches agreement with PSG on $166M deal to sign Bradley Barcola, AP source says

Paris Saint-Germain forward Bradley Barcola is set to join Liverpool in a $166 million deal, according to an AP source. The clubs have reached an agreement for the France international, who has won back-to-back Champions League titles with PSG. Liverpool will pay 106 million pounds ($143 million) for Barcola, with the potential for additional payments totaling up to 17 million pounds ($23 million).

The 23-year-old Barcola is expected to pass a medical examination before the transfer is finalized. The transfer window closes on Tuesday, and Barcola will replace Alexander Isak, who Liverpool signed last summer for 125 million pounds ($170 million). If Barcola joins, he will follow in the footsteps of Florian Wirtz, who cost Liverpool 116 million pounds ($156 million) the previous year.
