Lelaki ditahan miliki hidupan liar tanpa dokumen sah

A male individual was arrested for allegedly possessing several species of wildlife without valid documentation during a raid at a property in Kota Bharu on August 23. The Wildlife Crime Unit of the Department of Wildlife and National Parks (Perhilitan) collaborated with the Royal Malaysian Police's Area 3 to conduct the operation at the premises, located on August 23.

In addition to seizing various wildlife animals, including chicken, Luris Luris bird, and Siput Hornbill, the total value of the seized wildlife is estimated at RM36,350. The male suspect, who resides at the property, was detained to assist in the investigation under the Protection of Wildlife Act 2010.
