JoySports Invitational 2026: Corporate Ghana breaks a sweat at Legon aerobics session

On Saturday, August 29, the JoySports Invitational Tournament 2026 commenced with a spirited aerobics session at the University of Ghana Sports Stadium. This fitness segment brought together corporate leaders, staff members, and fitness aficionados for an early morning workout. The participants, dressed in their respective corporate garb, enthusiastically engaged in a series of high-intensity routines, led by skilled aerobics instructors.

The workout served as a prelude to the day's events, aiming to energize the attendees and foster camaraderie among the various organizations participating in the tournament. This session followed a morning health walk, commencing at 6:00 a.m. from the University of Ghana Stadium, which took the participants through the University of Ghana campus to the Balme Library, and back to the stadium, priming them for a day that blended sport, leisure, and corporate networking.

Competitive activities commenced at 8:00 a.m., with teams vying for supremacy in a range of sporting and recreational pursuits, including football, chess, table tennis, scrabble, draughts, ludo, and swimming.
