Beauty in Black Season 3 concluded with several potential deaths, leaving the fate of four major characters uncertain. The finale saw Rain arrive at her club to seek revenge on Jules, only for his goons to open fire on the venue, resulting in the deaths of Kimmie, Mallory, Angel, and Varney. Rain herself was trapped with Jules in his office, who threatened an unimaginable punishment for her actions.

Assuming the surviving characters manage to make it through to Season 4, there are still four other characters whose fates remain unclear. Horace Bellarie's survival hangs in the balance, as he could have easily dealt with Mallory's betrayal, but instead, he gloated and turned his back on Norman, only for Norman to stab him from behind.

Norman's death would have left Kimmie at the top of the Bellarie hierarchy, but he may have been too proud to let her take over. Norman's death would also have spared Jules from further confrontation with Horace, but it would also eliminate an intriguing villain. Roy's fate is less certain, as he was rushed to the hospital after taking drugs obtained from Norman.

If he survives, it would be a welcome addition to the show's roster of colorful characters. Lastly, Jules' decision to shoot Sylvie, Kimmie's sister, remains ambiguous - was it Sylvie who was hit? A Jules victory would eliminate another character, but Sylvie's survival could lead to more drama in Season 4. Ultimately, it is unclear which of these characters will survive until Season 4.
