Zindigi and DAT AI Systems Sign MoU to Advance Integrated Digital Solutions

Zindigi, a digital banking and payment solution provided by JS Bank, and DAT AI Systems have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) to collaborate on developing technology-driven financial and digital solutions for various organizations including government bodies, educational institutions, and corporations. The agreement was signed by Rao Umer Farooq, Head of International Business & Alliances at Zindigi, and Abubakar Umer, the CEO of DAT AI Systems.

The partnership combines Zindigi's expertise in digital banking and payments with DAT AI Systems' technological capabilities in areas such as workforce management, data collection, and real-time operations. By leveraging each other's strengths, the two organizations will explore integrated solutions for digital payments, identity verification, fee collection, account and wallet services, disbursements, and institutional operations.
