Nestlé Saudi Arabia empowers young talent as 27 students graduate from Sales Academy

Nestlé Saudi Arabia recently wrapped up the 11th edition of its prestigious Sales Academy program. Thirty-seven young minds graduated from the intensive four-week training, following a rigorous curriculum designed to hone their practical skills and prepare them for the competitive job market.

The program, a collaboration between Nestlé Saudi Arabia and eight key partners from both public and private sectors, covered a broad range of topics. From the intricate manufacturing processes in the Kingdom to the sustainability practices in the food and beverage sector, students received a well-rounded education. They also gained hands-on experience through field visits to retail outlets and warehouses, providing a real-world perspective on sales operations.

Robert Helou, CEO of Nestlé Saudi Arabia, emphasized the program's purpose: "The Nestlé Academy is a practical platform that brings together knowledge and professional experience, giving students a broader understanding of the business environment and the stages a product goes through from manufacturing until it reaches the consumer."

The graduation ceremony, held at Nestlé's Jeddah premises on August 27, 2026, was a testament to the program's success.
