KUALA LUMPUR: Datuk Fazley Yaakob, the singer and celebrity chef, dismissed allegations that his relationship with entrepreneur Datuk Seri Vida Vida is solely due to her wealth. The 48-year-old revealed that he has his own career and financial independence, stating, "Who says I don't have money?" He added that his family background demonstrates financial comfort.

Fazley clarified that their relationship encompasses both personal and business connections, saying, "Our relationship is not only the union of two souls and families, but also business empires." Vida, 54, admitted that some people were envious and accused Fazley of pursuing her wealth, stating, "There are actually many people who are jealous."

Despite these rumors, Fazley maintained that Vida is the one who contributes financially to their relationship.
