Indian badminton star PV Sindhu expressed her shock after witnessing Sadhguru's emotional breakdown in a video while discussing the tragic loss of Kailash Yatra pilgrims in recent Nepal-Tibet floods. The Isha Foundation group was caught in the flash floods at Gyirong, Tibet, while returning from the Kailash Mansarovar pilgrimage.

Sadhguru expressed his grief over the missing pilgrims and urgently appealed for aid. Sindhu lauded Sadhguru's distress, declaring, "I don’t think I’ve ever seen Sadhguru this shaken." She also condemned the horrific nature of the floods, offering her deepest sympathies to all families suffering losses. The disaster occurred on August 26 following a massive flash flood that swept through the Nepal-Tibet border region, resulting in hundreds of deaths and leaving many others missing, including both pilgrims and tourists. Rescue operations faced significant challenges due to the extensive damage to roads, bridges, and communication systems.
