Russian Officer Killed in St. Petersburg Blast May Have Been Major in Regiment Accused of Ukraine War Crimes
The Russian serviceman killed in a St. Petersburg car blast on Aug. 27 may have been identified as Major Sergei Sechkov, who reportedly served in a helicopter regiment previously accused by Ukraine of attacks on civilians, Russian and Ukrainian outlets reported Friday.
