Manitoba rolls out $100 million in tariff relief measures

Manitoba's government has announced over $100 million in tariff relief measures aimed at supporting local businesses impacted by Canada's trade war with the United States. The annual payment will be $205.00 plus GST for one year, with automatic renewal at $233.00 plus GST every 52 weeks. This offer is available to new subscribers and qualified returning subscribers only, with a 10% discount off the regular annual price of $259.35. Businesses can cancel at any time.

The measures also include low-interest loans, tax deferrals, and wage subsidies. These programs are intended to complement and fill gaps in the $7.5 billion in tariff support announced by the federal government.
