HP's senior executive George Brasher dismisses the idea that Gen Z employees are lazy, stating that they possess a strong work ethic. Brasher, an SVP and managing director for North America at HP, has observed the competence of his Gen Z team members, highlighting their exceptional listening abilities, trust-building skills, and customer-centric approach. The technology giant, employing around 55,000 workers globally, believes that Gen Z is spearheading the creation of a more interconnected, inclusive, and conscientious world.

Brasher emphasizes that being digital and AI natives gives Gen Z and millennials a significant edge in the workplace. As more than a million US job postings now require AI-related skills, the youngest generation of employees is well-prepared to meet these demands. LinkedIn co-founder Reid Hoffman asserts that Gen Z's AI fluency could be their most valuable asset in a competitive entry-level job market, as their digital expertise and comfort with cutting-edge technology make them highly attractive candidates.
