Ad ASTRA Onsite Workshop Logistics & Information

Dear ASTRA community members, several key pieces of information regarding the upcoming Ad ASTRA Onsite Workshop are being shared ahead of time. The workshop will be held at Caltech campus from 28 August 2026, with main sessions taking place in Baxter Lecture Hall, coffee breaks and opening reception in Dabney Garden, and posters in Dabney Hall. Breakout rooms are available in various buildings across campus such as Chen, Broad, Moore, Noyes, Baxter, and Linde; a map on the workshop webpage provides further details.

It is advised that late arrivals prepare to join sessions via the overflow room (Moore lecture hall, Room B270) with a webinar link accessible on your own laptop. Registration check-in is scheduled for 7:45 am on Tuesday morning, with an opening reception held later that evening beginning at 6:15 pm in Dabney Garden. Posters will be viewable during the reception.

All remote attendees must register in advance for the Zoom webinar, even if they have registered for virtual attendance. In-person attendees may also register in case they need to attend remotely. Registration can be completed at https://us06web.zoom.us/webinar/register/WN_W7IQoy-5QTySEqI6gqM6pg. Once registered, remote attendees will receive a follow-up email with their individual link to join the webinar, along with daily reminders one hour prior to the start time.

Late arrivals should be prepared to join the webinar via the overflow room if the main session room is full.
