US consulting firm Highspring plans 50 Irish jobs

US consulting firm Highspring is expanding its presence in Ireland by creating 50 new jobs across various departments such as engineering, operations, finance, consulting and technology. These roles will be introduced in stages over the upcoming years, as disclosed by the Tennessee-based company in a statement issued on August 27th.

The investment aims to bolster Highspring's managed services, consulting and talent solutions divisions, and enhance its capability to serve European clients. Ireland is anticipated to play a pivotal role in supporting the company's diverse clientele. Highspring, which was formerly known as Vaco Holdings, operates in over 45 countries with a workforce of more than 10,000 individuals.

The company officially inaugurated its Dublin office last year, part of a broader international expansion strategy. This was followed by the opening of an office in Lisbon in February. Minister for Enterprise, Tourism and Employment, Peter Burke, commended the new roles, stating they offer excellent prospects for highly skilled professionals and bolster Ireland's status as a center for innovation, talent and business excellence.

Highspring's CEO Brian Waller emphasized that the company's talent pool in Ireland has become integral to its global client service and has been instrumental in Highspring's rapid growth. The new positions further underscore Highspring's commitment to Ireland as a key component of its global strategy.
