Additionally, 77% felt the measures lacked flexibility, and 76% noted a lack of resources to implement effective biodiversity-friendly practices.

The study concludes that despite high motivation, translating this will into concrete action requires removing barriers and providing appropriate incentives. The research underscores the importance of not only informing stakeholders about biodiversity conservation but also appealing to their values, creating emotional connections, and highlighting practical opportunities for action.
