'Reject Drugs, Embrace Life': Titwala Students Lead Powerful Anti-Drug Rally, Raise Voice For A Healthier, Addiction-Free Society

In a powerful display of unity, students from Imperial College of Engineering in Titwala recently organized an anti-drug awareness rally to promote a healthier, drug-free society. The rally, organized to educate both students and citizens about the detrimental effects of substance abuse, brought together a large number of participants, including teachers, non-teaching staff, and members of the local community.

Wearing placards displaying messages against drug abuse, the students marched from the college campus to Titwala railway station, raising their voices against the harmful consequences of addiction. The rally's chief guest, Police Sub-Inspector Vishal Saurge, emphasized the need for young people to remain vigilant against substance abuse and to actively discourage others from falling into the same trap. He stressed that drug addiction poses one of the biggest threats to the future of the younger generation.

College Principal Dr Pankaj Vispute, who oversaw the event, highlighted the importance of creating awareness among students and encouraging them to become responsible citizens. At the rally's conclusion, students took a collective pledge to reject substance abuse and embrace a healthy lifestyle, all while chanting the slogan "Reject drugs, embrace life."
