Real Madrid UEFA Champions League Draw—Who, When, Where?

The 2027 Champions League draw took place on Thursday, revealing a challenging draw for several teams. Paris Saint-Germain, the two-time defending champions, were drawn against Barcelona, Manchester City, and Aston Villa in the league phase. PSG will play Barcelona at home, while visiting Roma, Galatasaray, and Slovan Bratislava.

Their English fixtures will see them play Manchester City and Aston Villa twice. Last season's runners-up Arsenal, who won the Premier League, host Real Madrid, Borussia Dortmund, Lille, and Sabah, as well as facing Bayern Munich, Real Betis, Napoli, and Slavia Prague away. Liverpool, Andoni Iraola's side, will host Atletico Madrid, Porto, Villarreal, and Lens at home, with Inter Milan, Club Brugge, Fenerbahce, and LASK on the road.

Manchester United, not in the first seed group, face home games against Bayern Munich, Roma, RB Leipzig, and Sabah, along with difficult away ties against Atletico, Sporting of Portugal, Villarreal, and Como. Villa, the Europa League winners last season, must visit Barcelona and face Dortmund at home, as well as play Galatasaray and Fenerbahce in the away games.

Other newcomers include Como, who upset the traditional order in Serie A, and Sabah, while LASK made their Champions League debut after a play-off victory over Celtic. With 36 teams competing, each playing eight matches, the final will be held at Madrid's Metropolitano Stadium on June 5, 2027.
