Blistering summer temperatures are fueling wildfires and leading to heat-related deaths out West. In Phoenix, Arizona, rescue helicopters can no longer take off when extreme heat reaches a certain level. CBS News' Kris Van Cleave spoke with emergency workers about heat-related challenges.
