Interior Ministry opens applications for Public Security officer posts

Saudi Arabia's Interior Ministry is currently accepting applications for Public Security officer positions in the medical and science fields, with the deadline set for September 3, 2026. The General Directorate of Central Admission at the Ministry of Interior's Agency for Military Affairs has announced the opening for men to join the Public Security sector as Deputy Sergeants.

To be eligible, applicants must meet several criteria: they must be Saudi nationals by birth, have a good conduct and reputation, and not have any criminal convictions. They cannot have previously served in a military post or been dismissed from a military institute. A bachelor's degree in the relevant health specialization is required, with a minimum grade of Good.

The applicant's weight must be proportionate to their height according to medical regulations. They must pass all admission procedures and tests, and possess the necessary academic and technical qualifications for the position, with official attestation from the relevant authority. For degrees obtained outside the Kingdom, equivalency from the Ministry of Education and official attestation are necessary.

Applicants must also hold a valid professional classification certificate for health practitioners from the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. The Ministry of Education's Muhahel platform must be updated with academic qualification data via the provided link. Only one application per person is allowed, and preference will be given to those with higher academic qualifications.

All fields must be filled out accurately, and any discrepancies in registration data will result in disqualification. Applications are open from Saturday, August 29, 2026, to Thursday, September 3, 2026.
